This is the ultimate side dish to serve with burgers, grilled chicken, on toasted bread or with veggies!
- 1 large Vidalia per every 2 people
- 1 beef bullion cube
- 2 T butter cut into smaller cubes
Cut off top and bottom of onion and peel outside layer.
Lie flat and carve a little hole out of top, stuff butter and bullion cube into little hole.
On a sheet of heavy duty aluminum place the stuffed onion.
Wrap and repeat with another sheet of foil.
Place directly on grill on med low flame or if using BIC FlameDisk, place on indirect heat if possible.
Onion is done after 15-20 minutes or when sides feel soft.
Unwrap and enjoy!
