Alabama and Auburn will have their respective spring games on the same day, and it may shut down the entire state.

Spring games are often about offensive skilled guys and defensive skilled players. This past weekend was no different.

There are plenty of spring football games over the next two weekends as practice begins to wind down. Ole Miss and LSU finished last weekend with both heading to the summer with different needs.

Kentucky will look to win its 9th National Championship in school history when they face off with Connecticut on Monday night.

There has been plenty of discussion about the re-match and the fact that the Gators lost the first game without its full complement of players. Connecticut is playing much better now than any point in the season and likely will take that as an “excuse” and use it as motivation. I think this has all the makings of a classic final four game. I have said all along it is about guard play and the x-factor could be the production the Gators have coming off the bench in Kasey Hill who had 10 assists versus UCLA in the Sweet 16.
